Deep bodywork from the Māori healing tradition (Rongoā), which I studied in New Zealand. Romiromi goes deep; mirimiri, gentler, prepares the body.

Romiromi works with firm, deep touch on the tension and blocks the body holds. Mirimiri, lighter, comes first and prepares: together they are one practice. It is not only muscular, it also accompanies what we keep at a subtler level.

We move at your pace, with breath and presence. It is a deep form of Māori bodywork: work that roots and sets you in motion again.
