What a doula is

A presence, not a service.

A doula offers continuous support (emotional, physical and practical) before, during and after birth. I am not here to direct what happens: I am here to hold you, so you can live your birth as its protagonist.

The free call

We meet over the phone, no commitment. You tell me where you are and what you're looking for.

The first meeting
you decide
The first in-person meeting, at your home. Only afterwards do you choose whether to start a path: you pay for it (CHF 80) only if you decide not to continue.

We choose the path
Together we choose a path, or build a custom one. The home visits prepare the body.

On call from week 37
From then I'm on call day and night, ready when labour begins.

At birth, and after
I stay with you through the whole birth, and then through postpartum, as everything settles.
